A selection of NZ sea salt and 14 Herbs and Spices to perfectly complement succulent NZ lamb flavours. NZ lamb is one of our favourites and a deboned leg of lamb done hot & fast or a whole leg of lamb done low and slow in the BBQ until medium rare is a regular on our table. The balanced undertone of herbs and the unique spice blend are rounded off with a hint of lemon to make a perfect blend that is excellent with lamb and much much more.
• Great with a low & slow lamb shoulder or leg joint
• Try hot & fast with a deboned leg or steak cut portions
• This mix does great on chicken and is excellent on pork.
• This is our next favourite after SPG on roasted potatoes and other veges, you could even try combining them
